This live session will be approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long and will focus on building a strong foundation for successful portrait painting. Rather than rushing into painting, we'll concentrate on understanding placement, proportions, and composition - the three elements that shape every convincing portrait from the very beginning.

You'll learn how to place facial features accurately without relying on excessive measuring, avoid the most common proportion mistakes, and use composition to create a portrait that feels balanced, believable, and intentional.

This is not structured as a paint-along, although you're very welcome to sketch along if you'd like. If you do, I recommend keeping your drawing light and simple so you can focus on the principles we're covering throughout the session.

A replay will be sent afterwards, giving you plenty of time to revisit the lesson and apply what you've learned at your own pace.
